Matthew Zimmer

Matthew Zimmer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew currently serves as the President of Zengistics since March 2022, where they oversee the overall business. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Zengistics from April 2019 to March 2022. As the COO, they managed operations, partner networks, account management, and was responsible for revenue growth and expansion of new supply chain services.

Before joining Zengistics, Zimmer worked at Flash Global, where they held various roles. From April 2016 to April 2019, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for managing all operations, partner networks, account management, and global command centers. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions from April 2015 to March 2016, focusing on driving customer partnerships and growing revenue and service offerings.

Matthew Zimmer also has experience at Wilsonart LLC as the Head of Global Purchasing and Strategy from October 2013 to December 2014. Matthew managed procurement, supply chain, logistics, and growth strategy for eight global business units, and was responsible for a total spend of $560 million.

At Flextronics, Zimmer held leadership positions as the Vice President of FGSS Global New Service Introduction/LATAM Ops from March 2012 to October 2013, and as the General Manager of FGSS Global Strategy from November 2009 to March 2012. In these roles, they led new service introductions, managed operations in LATAM, implemented strategies, and achieved significant turnarounds.

Zimmer began their career at Pinnacle Data Systems as the Director of Global Procurement and Materials Management from March 2007 to May 2008. Matthew later became the Site Executive/Director of Global Operations from March 2001 to March 2007, where they had full P&L responsibility and oversaw all operations.

Lastly, Zimmer briefly worked at e-Play, LLC as part of the Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning team from February 2009 to November 2009. Matthew managed all operations and inventory planning for the startup.

Before their professional career, Zimmer also had a role in Materials at Mettler Toledo.

Matthew Zimmer completed an Executive Education Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2013. Matthew earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Franklin University between 1997 and 2002. Additionally, they obtained a CPIM certification from APICS without specific start or end dates mentioned.
