Carol Duckett

Carol Duckett began their work experience in 2014 as an Auto Recovery Specialist at Associate Asset Recovery, where they supervised two locations and managed unit pickups from transport companies and auctions. Carol also assisted with repossessions and worked with clients to resolve delinquent accounts. With strong attention to detail, they maintained paperwork for unit pickup.

In 2017, Carol joined Spectrum as a Retention Supervisor. In this role, they led a team that consistently exceeded performance metrics by 8%. Carol provided ongoing mentoring, introduced innovative methodologies, and implemented process improvements to meet quality standards. Carol Duckett attended Greenville Technical College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Nursing with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they enrolled in Charleston Southern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) along with a minor in political science.
