Sophia ABOUDRAR is a professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and business development within the technology and digital transformation sectors. Currently serving as a Recruteuse - Certifiée Manager 3.0 at Zenika since September 2022, Sophia is involved in fostering innovative technology practices and engaging with the community through various challenges and projects. Prior to Zenika, Sophia held the position of Recruitment & Training Manager at OCTO Technology from August 2018 to July 2022, focusing on IT recruitment and human resources development. Sophia has also worked as a Business Development Manager at ITELSYS and as a Recruitment Manager at RCBF Executive Search, managing talent acquisition and human resources processes. Sophia holds a Master's degree in Management from ENCG-SETTAT and an Exchange Master's degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School.
