Catherine Knezevic

Catherine Knezevic, MBA has a strong background in claims and customer service operations. Catherine started their career at the State Compensation Insurance Fund in 2003, where they worked in claims operations management for almost a decade, until June 2012. Catherine then joined Kaiser Permanente as a Claims Manager, focusing on KPIC administration and operations/regulatory. Catherine's most recent role was at Zenith American Solutions, where they served as the Director of Claims & Customer Service Operations since August 2014.

Catherine Knezevic, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Marylhurst University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended San Francisco State University and completed a BA degree in Cultural Anthropology.
