Kim Lichtenwalter

Kim Lichtenwalter has a diverse work experience in various roles within the insurance industry. Kim started their career at Prudential Insurance as a Claims Examiner from 1988 to 1995. Kim then moved on to Alexian Brothers Health Providers as a Senior Claims Examiner from 1998 to 2000. Kim joined Unicare as a Client Services Executive from 2000 to 2003 and then worked at American Administrative Group as a Technical Services Supervisor from 2003 to 2008. Currently, they are working at Zenith American Solutions, Inc. where they have held several positions. Kim started as the Manager of National Operations Support from 2008 to 2016, then became the National Director of Quality Assurance & Risk Management from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Quality Assurance & Risk Management, overseeing national support for various departments.

Kim Lichtenwalter obtained a Certificate in Supervisory and Administrative Management from Harper College in the year 2000 after studying there from 1999 to 2000.
