Rachel Li began their work experience as a Public Relations Intern at Zeno Group in 2017, where they conducted industry research, wrote media releases and blog posts, and constructed media lists. Rachel then worked as a Part-time Camp Counselor at YMCA of Hong Kong from 2015 to 2018, demonstrating leadership and organization skills while guiding children through camp activities. In 2017, Rachel returned to Zeno Group as a Senior Account Executive, responsible for managing client accounts. Rachel also founded their own company, Rachel Nutrition, in 2021, and worked as a Nutritionist and Digital Content Executive at Pure Group from 2020 to 2022. Rachel also served as a Guest Speaker at Providence University in 2019 and a Guest author at SUNMAI.LIFE in the same year. Prior to that, they gained administrative, photography, and event coordination experience at New College Village from 2017 to 2018. Rachel started their career as a Part-Time Camp Coordinator at YMCA of Hong Kong in 2018, where they coordinated day camps and supported staff in enhancing cooperation and team spirit.
Rachel Li has a diverse and extensive education history. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Media degree in PR & Advertising from UNSW, which they completed between 2014 and 2018. Rachel then pursued further education at the University of Bath, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology and Economic Behaviour from 2018 to 2019.
Continuing their passion for nutrition, Rachel obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition from Deakin University between 2021 and 2022. Rachel also acquired a Certificate in Applied Sports Nutrition from the Sports Nutrition Association in 2022.
In addition to their academic achievements, Rachel has obtained several certifications in various fields. These certifications include EIQ Nutrition from EIQ Nutrition in February 2022, Adult CPR/AED from Hong Kong St. John Ambulance in July 2021, Mental Health First Aid (Standard) from Mental Health First Aid Australia in June 2021, Advanced Counselling Skills from the London Centre for Intuitive Eating in March 2021, MNU Certified Nutritionist from Mac-Nutrition Uni in November 2020, Motivational Interviewing - Foundational from Psychwire in July 2020, and First Aid Certification from CBD College (Australia) in June 2018.
