Riya Rupani

Riya Rupani has extensive work experience in the field of communication and media relations. Riya currently serves as an Associate Vice President at Zeno Group, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Account Director at the same company from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Zeno Group, Riya worked at MSLGROUP India for several years in various roles. Riya started as a Management Trainee in May 2015 and eventually became an Associate Account Executive in November 2015. During their time at MSLGROUP, they gained expertise in B2B and B2C technology, aviation, IT, and entertainment domains. Riya worked on notable clients such as Dell EMC, Airbnb, Netflix, OnePlus, SITA, and Orange Business Services.

In their most recent position at MSLGROUP, Riya served as a Senior Manager from October 2019 to November 2021. Riya was responsible for managing communication for large mandates such as Dell EMC and the lifestyle domain of Airbnb. Riya established strong relationships with corporate editors and engaged with reporters nationally across various industries. Riya also demonstrated the ability to create quality content within tight deadlines.

Before becoming a Senior Manager, Riya held the position of Manager at MSLGROUP from October 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they continued to manage communication for Dell EMC and Airbnb, while also taking on additional responsibilities such as business development for national accounts.

Prior to that, Riya worked as a Senior Executive at MSL India from August 2017 to September 2018, where they served as a communication consultant for clients in the technology, aviation, and IT sectors, as well as the entertainment and lifestyle domains.

Riya's career in the field of communication began with an internship at MSLGROUP India in October and November 2014. Riya also gained valuable experience through a summer internship at Mindshare in May and June 2014.

Riya Rupani completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from SIMC(UG) between the years 2012 and 2015.
