Michael Meulemans currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Zenoti since 2018, where the focus is on ensuring customer success with the company’s cloud-based software solutions for various wellness and beauty businesses. Prior to Zenoti, Michael held multiple leadership roles at DS-IQ between 2010 and 2018, and spent over 17 years at Microsoft in various program management capacities, including significant contributions to the Windows Update service and the development of supportability features for Windows operating systems. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.
