Reena Joseph

Reena Joseph is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic accounts, and customer experience within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Zenoti since July 2021, Reena specializes in key accounts, project implementation, and transforming customer experiences in the SaaS industry. Prior to Zenoti, Reena held several roles at Samsung Electronics America from 2011 to 2021, including Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts and Manager of Customer Experience Management & Strategy, demonstrating expertise in supply chain management, business planning, and program management. Earlier career experiences include various engineering and customer support roles at Cisco and NetHawk Oyj, where Reena developed strong skills in wireless system technology and technical support. Reena holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Information Systems and an M.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, complementing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering.
