Manon Broustaut

Manon Broustaut has held a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2011. Manon began their career as a Floor Supervisor Intern at NH Hoteles in 2011, followed by a Food and Beverage Intern role at Glen Mhor Hotel in 2012. In 2014, Manon worked as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Hotel du Golf Lucien Barrière. In 2015, they held two roles at Sandton Hotels, Revenue Management and Group Reservation and Revenue Management intern. In 2016, they were a Revenue Management Executive at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. In 2017, they moved to Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Revenue Manager. From 2019 to 2021, Manon worked at Marriott International as a Cluster Revenue Manager and Senior Cluster Revenue Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Revenue Manager at Zenpark.

Manon Broustaut completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Vatel France in 2014, and then went on to receive a Master's degree in the same field from Vatel France in 2016.
