James started their career at MagneMotion, Inc., where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, focusing on the development and implementation of marketing collateral for industrial automation systems. James then worked as a Marketing and Business Development Contractor, providing pre-sales and business development support to various high-tech companies.

In 2013, James joined IDEMIA (formerly MorphoTrust™ USA) as a Sales Representative, specializing in biometric security solutions for federal, state, and commercial customers. James was responsible for consultative sales, configuring and deploying biometric hardware, software, and web-based applications.
