Prerna Goja

Prerna Goja has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Prerna founded Zensa LLC. in 2014, where they serve as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2020, they became a member of Athena Alliance. In 2019, they joined WECAN-Women Executive Channel Advisory Network as a Board Member and Vice President.

Before these roles, Prerna had extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Prerna worked at Posh Technologies Inc. as the Senior Vice President from 2011 to 2014, where they led a US-based recruitment team and implemented best practices to optimize resources and function. Prior to that, they were the Global Talent Acquisition Director at Posh Technologies Inc. from 2009 to 2010, responsible for delivering a world-class consulting staff and developing specialized strategies for key business initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Prerna worked as the Sr. Manager Global Talent Acquisition (APAC) at VA HealthCare Pvt Ltd. from 2004 to 2008, where they developed recruitment strategies and provided strategic leadership for different teams. Prerna also worked as the Sr. Recruitment Manager at Star News from 2003 to 2004, focusing on cross-industry recruitment for engineering, financial, media, and marketing companies.

Prerna Goja pursued their Master's in Computer Management from 1997 to 2003 at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Apart from their formal education, Prerna has also obtained additional certifications. In August 2022, they completed the "Digital Accessibility for the Modern Workplace" certification from LinkedIn. In July 2022, they obtained two more certifications from LinkedIn: "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise" and "Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms."
