Lawrence Arul

Lawrence Arul is an experienced professional with a robust background in business development and consumer service management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Head of the Consumer Service Business at Zensar Technologies since November 2012, Lawrence has previously held positions including Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes General Manager of the Voice Technologies Department at Computer Point Ltd, where responsibilities focused on developing Avaya and Cisco Unified Communications solutions in Uganda, and Key Account Manager at MFI Office Solutions (U) Ltd. Lawrence began a career in sales as a Sales Executive at Tata Press Yellow Pages. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University, a degree in English Language and Literature from Loyola University Maryland, and a degree in English Literature from Loyola College, supplemented by a certification from Avaya University in Contact Center and Unified Communication.
