Leslie Fountain

Leslie Fountain currently serves as the Chief Executive Director of the Experience Design Practice at Foolproof, a Zensar Technologies company, where Leslie focuses on human-centered design and business transformation for major global brands. With a rich career that began as a Consultant at System Concepts Ltd, Leslie advanced to Joint Managing Director, contributing their expertise in usability and ergonomics. Leslie's previous roles include UX Lead at Microsoft for the NHS Common User Interface project and a UX & Accessibility Consultant for Cable & Wireless. An MBA graduate from Bayes Business School, Leslie also holds an MSc in Human Factors/Ergonomics and a BSc in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University, underscoring their strong academic background in the field.
