Tamires Lowande has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent position was as a Software Developer at Zensurance, where they started in April 2021 as a Junior Software Developer before assuming their current role in March 2022.
Prior to Zensurance, Tamires worked at EQ Works as a Software Developer from August 2020 to April 2021. Tamires also held a Software Developer Internship position at the company from February 2020 to August 2020.
Before transitioning into the tech industry, Tamires gained experience in art conservation and restoration. Tamires Lowande has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended Lighthouse Labs and completed a bootcamp in web development. Prior to that, in 2017, they participated in a workshop at the Canadian Conservation Institute, focusing on decision making and treatment practices for iron gall ink in paper conservation. From 2010 to 2014, Tamires pursued a Bachelor's degree in Conservation and Restoration of Movable Cultural Goods at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, with a specialization in Fine Arts. In 2012 and 2013, they studied History and Archaeology at the University of Évora. Finally, from 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Technician degree in buildings from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
