Geraldine Peters-Wiles

Geraldine Peters-Wiles, MS, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Geraldine held several key positions at Akebia Therapeutics, including Vice President of People Total Rewards & Operations, where the focus was on enhancing the employee experience within a creative culture. Geraldine also worked at Monotype as the Director of Global HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, managing HR functions across multiple countries. Experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Metabolix, Human Resources Specialist at Polygon, and as a consultant and director in various organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to strategic HR initiatives and organizational development. Geraldine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Administration from Boston College.
