Paul Richardson

Paul Richardson is an experienced Project Engineer with extensive expertise in managing significant capital investment projects in manufacturing environments. Currently employed at Zentia since July 2019, Paul is responsible for factory layout development, infrastructure development, project scheduling, and budget control in a CAPEX project team. Previously, Paul served as Director at Shorelight Engineering Limited, overseeing facility engineering consultancy and project management. Paul also held the position of Chief Engineer at Spartan UK Ltd, where responsibilities included team management and project support for production and maintenance. Early in Paul's career, significant roles at Nissan Motor Manufacturing Ltd involved leading multimillion-pound projects and enhancing operational compliance with ISO standards. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
