Sophie D'Souza

Sophie D'Souza is an experienced producer currently working at Zentropa since August 2021. Sophie has played multiple roles within Scanbox Entertainment from August 2013, progressing from a marketing and acquisitions intern to Nordic Marketing and Acquisitions Coordinator and Junior Producer. A key project as a producer includes the documentary short film "Holy City" at Angel Films in 2014. Prior education includes a degree in Film- and Media Studies from Københavns Universitet, a master's degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School, and a producer degree from Den Danske Filmskole, attended from 2017 to 2021. Sophie also served as a Produktionsleder for the graduation film "Befri Mig Vel" at Den Danske Filmskole in 2016.
