Eric Luan de Andrade

Eric Luan de Andrade began their work experience as an Administrative Assistant at Melitta South America in 2009. Eric Luan then worked as Customer Service and Training at Data Soft Softwares from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Taura Agência Criativa and as a Visual Designer at Lojas Colombo S/A, where they achieved a 20% increase in website conversions. Starting in 2019, Eric joined Movidesk/Zenvia as a Product Designer Junior, contributing to the usability improvement of the software and the development of the design system. Currently, they hold the position of Product Designer Mid-Level at ZENVIA, where they continue their work in product design and collaborates on various initiatives.

Eric Luan de Andrade has a Bachelor's degree in Design from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul, which they completed from 2012 to 2018. In 2019, they attended Aela and obtained a Professional Certification in UX Design Bootcamp, which they completed in 2022. In 2016, Eric briefly attended the University of the Arts London, where they studied English and Art & Design.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2019, they received a certification in UX Design from Awari and in UX & Web Design: Strategy, Design e Development from Udemy. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Product Discovery from Cursos PM3. Furthermore, in 2015, Eric obtained a basic certification in Spanish from Yázigi, and in 2014, they completed the Design Intro course from Valkiria Inteligência Criativa.
