Jussara Silva has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Jussara currently works at ZENVIA as a Support Analyst since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bemasoft Informática as a Suporte técnico from January 2018 to February 2022. Jussara also gained experience working at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) as a Vendedora from August 2015 to May 2017. Jussara has also worked at Quartzlife Especialidades Medicas as a Recepcionista from May 2014 to November 2014. Additionally, Jussara worked at CRV Sistemas & Consultoria as an Analista de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from February 2013 to October 2013. Before that, they worked at DEDIC-GPTI as a Back Office from September 2011 to February 2013. Finally, they worked at Actionline Brasil as an Operadora de telemarketing from October 2008 to May 2009.

Jussara Silva began their education in 2006 at Microlins Centro de Formação Profissional, where they completed a technical degree in Administration. In the same year, they also completed another technical degree at the same institution, this time in Office Avançado. From 2011 to 2013, Jussara attended People Colégio Técnico, where they obtained a technical degree in Informática. Jussara'smost recent educational endeavor took place from 2023 to 2025 at Universidade Paulista, where they completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Information Technology Management.
