Luara Theodoro

Luara Theodoro has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Luara started their career as an Estagiária em Administração at Kumon - Unidade Vila Marcondes in 2015, where they worked until 2016. Luara then moved on to Livraria da Vila, where they served as an Estagiária em Consignação from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Luara joined Sebrae-SP as an Estagiária em Gestão de Produtos, where they worked until 2018. This experience provided their with a solid foundation in product management.

In 2019, Luara started working at ZENVIA as a UX Writer and later transitioned to the role of Estagiária em Interfaces Conversacionais. Their time at ZENVIA equipped their with skills in user experience and conversational interfaces.

From 2019 to 2023, Luara held various roles at ZENVIA, including Product Owner Júnior, Product Owner Pleno, and currently as a Product Owner Sênior. In these positions, they were responsible for developing user stories, managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting usability tests, and providing support to the development team. Additionally, they played a key role in the development and management of the Zenvia Docs tool.

Luara Theodoro has a diverse education background. Luara completed their Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Product Management & Growth Hacking at FIAP from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued a Tecnólogo em Design de Mídias Digitais from Fatec Carapicuíba between 2019 and 2022. In 2015, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Jornalismo from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, where they completed their undergraduate studies in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Luara Theodoro also obtained certifications in various fields. Luara received a certification in Product Management from How Bootcamps in April 2022. In September 2020, they acquired a certification in UX Metrics from Mergo User Experience, and in September 2019, they obtained a certification in UX Writing, also from Mergo User Experience.
