Thulio Lima

Thulio Lima has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and operations. Thulio started their career as an Administrator of Support Networks at Engeselt in 2012 and held this role until 2017. In this position, they supervised a team and managed computer networks across multiple locations in Brazil. Thulio also worked on projects related to structured cabling, network architecture, and interconnection.

Thulio automated IaC using Terraform and Ansible and handled monitoring using tools like Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Veem One Reporter.

Most recently, Thulio joined Serasa Experian in 2021 as a Site Reliability Engineer. In this role, they were involved in installing and configuring Linux and Windows servers, providing support in cloud environments including GCP, Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure. Thulio worked on CD/CI automation pipelines using Jenkins, created environments using Docker and Kubernetes, and automated IaC using Terraform and Ansible. Thulio also contributed to monitoring environments using tools such as Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Veem One Reporter.

Thulio's most recent work experience is with ZENVIA, where they began their role as a Site Reliability Engineer in 2022. Further details about their specific responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Thulio Lima began their education journey in 2012 at Centro Universitário de João Pessoa, where they pursued Tecnologo em Redes de Computadores. Thulio studied in this program until 2014, focusing on Gestão de Redes e Segurança de Sistemas.

In 2016, Lima enrolled at Estácio and pursued Analises e desenvolvimento de sistemas, specializing in Análise de Sistemas de Computação. Thulio completed this degree in 2018.

Continuing to expand their knowledge and skills, in 2019, Thulio Lima pursued a postgraduate degree in Segurança da informação at Estácio. Thulio successfully completed this program in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Thulio Lima obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2019.
