Vanessa Carvalho

Vanessa Carvalho has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and services. Currently, they are working at ZENVIA as a Coordenadora de Operações/Serviços Profissionais and also holding the position of Tribe Lead. Their responsibilities involve managing people and their processes, developing strategies for optimal results, prioritizing opportunities, collaborating on project schedules, managing risks and plans, identifying new project opportunities, ensuring timely delivery, and acting as an escalation point for assigned client projects.

Prior to their current role, Vanessa worked at D1 - Jornadas Digitais. Vanessa held the position of Chapter Lead Business Analyst and Analyst de Negócios, where they gained experience in business analysis, development, and analysis of ETL routines, CCM modules, and automation of processes using Pentaho Kettle. Vanessa also handled the planning and implementation of integration systems for new clients and worked on creating and formatting electronic documents with variable data.

Their work experience at D1 began in 2011 as an Analyst de Sistemas Junior, where they focused on ETL routines and automation of processes. Vanessa gradually progressed to the role of Analyst de Negócios and eventually became a Chapter Lead Business Analyst. Their employment at D1 concluded in 2021, and they joined ZENVIA in 2022.

Vanessa Carvalho's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Universidade Paulista, which they pursued from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science also from Universidade Paulista, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Vanessa has acquired several certifications. Vanessa obtained an ANT - Analyst of IT Business certification from Trainning Education in February 2021. The same month, they also earned a certification in BPMN Business Process Modeling from Trainning Education. In July 2020, they obtained the SFPC Certification from CertiProf.

Vanessa has further enhanced their skills through various workshops and courses. In April 2020, they completed the introduction to the role of a Product Owner course from AgileNow Consultoria e Treinamentos. Vanessa also obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified designation from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in April 2020. In March 2020, they completed the course on Software Requirement Analysis with User Stories from Udemy and the Jira for Agile Teams course from Canal Valor. In December 2019, they attended an Agile Mindset Workshop and in November 2019, they participated in a Lean Mindset Workshop, both organized by Agile Week. Vanessa's earlier professional development includes an Introduction to OKRs from Qulture.Rocks in April 2019.

Lastly, Vanessa has obtained certifications and completed courses focusing on specific technical skills. In September 2015, they acquired the Pentaho Data Integration - Kettle - Advanced certification from Ambiente Livre Tecnologia. In July 2014, they completed a C# and Object-Oriented Programming course, as well as a .Net Formation course from Caelum. In the same month, they also completed a Web with ASP.Net MVC and Persistence with NHibernate course from Caelum. In January 2013, they attended a Web Development with JSF2 and JPA2 course from K19 and an Object-Oriented Programming in Java course, also from K19.
