Jessica Dean has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Dean's Heating and Air Conditioning, where they handled customer service, scheduling, invoicing, and office maintenance tasks. Jessica then worked as a District Manager at the Better Business Bureau, where they managed client accounts and generated new business through inside sales. Following that, Jessica served as a Billing Specialist at Epic Health Services, performing billing operations and managing patient insurance information. Jessica later joined FTGU Medical Consulting, LLC as an HR & Marketing Coordinator, responsible for coordinating HR functions and assisting with marketing efforts. Most recently, they served as an Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Peoples Bank, where they held a role in Human Resources for nearly five years. Currently, Jessica is the Human Resources and Operations Director at Zenwork, Inc, utilizing their skills and expertise in both HR and operations management.
