Eliachim Ishimwe

Eliachim Ishimwe has a long and varied work experience. Eliachim began their career in 2005 as an Information Technology Coordinator, Web Programmer, and Junior Web Programmer at the National University of Rwanda, RDG Center. In 2007, they took on the role of Content Coordinator - eGov Topics at the Development Gateway Foundation. In 2008, they joined Voxiva as a Technical Project Manager. In 2010, they were promoted to Country Manager, Voxiva. In 2011, they moved to Trushield Security Solutions as a Consultant - Regional Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Alliances Consulting Group, Inc as a Consultant - Project Director. In 2016, they were appointed Director of IT PD at RwandaOnline Platform Limited. In 2017, they became Product and IT Systems Director at Babylon Health. Finally, in 2019, they assumed the role of International Project Manager at Zenysis Technologies.

Eliachim Ishimwe attended National University of Rwanda from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science. Eliachim then attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology.
