Erik Snellens

Erik Snellens serves as the General Manager at Zep UK since July 2023, following a long tenure at Zep Industries B.V. where Erik has held various leadership roles since February 1995, including Sales and Marketing Director and Chief Chemist. In the capacity of Sales and Marketing Director, Erik is a key member of the European Executive Management Team, overseeing sales and P&L responsibilities exceeding 15 million euros and leading a team of 6 National Sales Managers and over 90 Account Managers across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Erik has also managed multiple sales offices, defined sales structures and budgets, and coached sales managers. Previous roles include Verkoopdirecteur Zep Benelux, Production and Logistics Director, and Manager of Operations and Compliance, where Erik was responsible for various operational departments, including R&D, logistics, and quality control.
