James Raffensperger

James Raffensperger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked at Zepher as an Operation Support Specialist starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Prigel Machine and Fabrication as a Production and Quality Manager starting in April 2017. Their responsibilities included ordering material, maintaining AS9100D compliance, managing shop personnel, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Before joining Prigel Machine and Fabrication, James worked at Outback Manufacturing as a Quality Project Coordinator from August 2016 to December 2016. Their role involved ensuring the quality of parts, creating and updating job aides, and supporting AS911 documents.

From July 2010 to August 2016, James worked at Advanced Machining Services as a Quality Manager. James was responsible for maintaining the quality of parts, resolving quality issues, and maintaining the Quality Manual.

Prior to that, James worked at Hogg & Davis, Inc as a Machinist from September 1994 to September 1995, where they improved documentation of programming, programmed and ran CNC and manual machines, and purchased tooling.
