Dustin Carlson

Dustin Carlson currently serves as the Director of Sales for the Repower Division at Zephyr Wind, a position held since May 2024. Prior to joining Zephyr Wind, Carlson was the Sales Manager for North America at AMSOIL Industrial from October 2017 to May 2024, where a strong focus on synthetic lubricants was maintained. Before AMSOIL, Carlson held the role of Senior Business Development Manager at Durr Universal, specializing in acoustic and emissions solutions for various markets. Earlier career positions include Regional Sales Engineer and Business Development Manager at Ingersoll Rand, Territory Sales Engineer at Stone Machinery, Engineering Technology Sales Manager at Applied Engineering Technology, and Regional Sales Manager at Volt Tech. Dustin Carlson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Northland College between 1995 and 1999.
