Mahmadrafeek Shayannavar currently serves as Manager II - Launches in Central Operations at Zepto, responsible for managing channel launches and ongoing delivery by collaborating with various teams. Previously, Mahmadrafeek was the Retail Project Management Expansion and Operations Lead at Jumbotail, where the focus was on modernizing Kiran stores through the J24 retail platform, providing extensive POS technology and insights. Additionally, Mahmadrafeek held the position of Dark Store Manager, overseeing all operations of a micro market, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and workforce planning.
