Samrat Paul

Samrat Paul has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in last mile operations, with significant roles at Zepto, including Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of National Last Mile Operations. Prior to Zepto, Samrat served at Swiggy as Senior Manager for Remote Operations and Special Projects and held various operational management positions. Additional experience includes a technical manager role at Thai Spring Fish Co., Ltd. and training as a technical manager at PANAPESCA S.P.A. Early career experience included an internship focused on value-added services at DHL. Samrat holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and SDA Bocconi Asia Center, completed between 2015 and 2017.
