Esther Putman is a Medical Engineer II at SpaceX, with extensive experience in aerospace and medical engineering. Currently serving as a Parabolic Flight Coach at Zero-G, Esther consults on operational procedures to improve the onboard experience and reduce motion sickness during parabolic flights. Academic work includes developing a virtual reality astronaut training platform and a doctoral dissertation focused on human trust in autonomous systems.
