Kathy Conway

Kathy Conway is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Zero Gravity Solutions, Inc. since May 2023, Kathy previously held the same title at advanced.farm and was Director of Operations at GreenVenus from January 2017 to October 2022. Prior roles include Special Projects Manager at Sierra Energy, where Kathy developed a Safety Program for CalOSHA compliance, and Director of Strategic Collaborations and Operations at Arcadia Biosciences, Inc., where engagement with collaborators optimized company synergies. Kathy began their career as Operations Manager and Staff Scientist at Celera AgGen, leading high throughput genotyping laboratories and pioneering new techniques for wildlife conservation, and as Operations Manager at PE Zoogen/Zoogen, focusing on process improvements in high-throughput DNA diagnostics.
