Chen Gabay

Chen Gabay began their career in 2006 as an Intelligence Officer and Department Manager in the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence. In 2014, they joined Intel Corporation as an HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for setting HR goals, implementing HR policies, and advising employees and managers about Compensation & Benefits. In 2017, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Team Manager and Talent Acquisition Team Lead & CV Center Professional Manager, leading the hiring for Intel Kiryat Gat and managing 10 employees. In 2021, they joined Kaltura as Global Talent Acquisition Director, where they directly managed a team of 13 employees and supported the company's hyper-growth post IPO. Currently, they are the VP People at Zero Networks.

Chen Gabay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2011 and 2014. Chen then obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2015 and 2017. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Recruiter certification from Intel Corporation in October and a Design Thinking Practitioner certification from Intel Corporation in July.
