Dan Fishel has a diverse work experience spanning from 1994 to 2022. Dan began their career in 1994 as the Founder of the Israeli Air Force Website, where they recruited and managed the founding team of the Air Force's award-winning website. In 2000, they became the Head of Content Marketing at Mustop.com, which was acquired by Netvision in 2001. Following this, they worked at Maariv Daily Newspaper as the Chief Technology Editor from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they also worked at Dell EMC as a Senior Associate in Global Marketing. In 2010, they became the Head of Business Development at Telmap for Intel Corporation. From 2014 to 2016, they were the VP Business Development at Simply (formerly JoyTunes). During this time, they also worked at Piano Ventures as the Managing Director, where they helped early-stage startups take their product to international markets. In 2018, they became a Partner for Strategic Initiatives and VP Business Development at OurCrowd, the world's leading equity financing platform. Finally, in 2022, they became the VP Business Development & Operations at Zero Networks, a company that provides an automated microsegmentation solution.
Dan Fishel obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 1998 and 2001. Dan then attended Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, earning their Master of Science degree in 2005-2006. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School between 2006 and 2008.
