Patty Aguilar is an experienced professional in the tourism and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Team Lead and Quality Analyst at Zero Variance since June 2012. Previously, Patty worked as a Front Desk Agent at InterContinental Hotels Group from January 2010 to January 2012 and as an Executive Assistant at Hotel Casa Guacamaya from April 2008 to December 2008. Patty holds a degree in Business Administration in Tourism from UNITEC and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, both completed between 2004 and 2008.
