Donald Klenk

Donald Klenk has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the operations and manufacturing sectors. Donald currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager of the Display Case team at Zero Zone, where they were selected to lead the team for the Lubar & Co Group's portfolio company. Prior to this, Donald worked at Sellside Group, LLC as a Strategic Partner, providing operational strategic planning and value stream mapping services to help businesses grow their value.

Donald's prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Briggs & Stratton, where they played a key role in leading the company through corporate bankruptcy activities, asset sales, and transitioning to new private equity leadership. Donald also held roles as Vice President of Operations for both the Turf & Consumer Group and the Home Power Group, where they focused on improving operating income, reducing working capital, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Earlier in their career, Donald served as the Director of Operations for the Yard Power Group, overseeing the integration of Murray brand lawn & garden products into the B&S end product portfolio. Donald also served as the General Manager of the Die Cast Division at Milwaukee Die Cast, where they led teams in reducing scrap, improving on-time delivery, and strengthening customer relationships.
