Nishika Silva

Nishika Silva is a Senior Business Analyst at ZeroBeta since July 2022, with previous experience as a Business Analyst. Active in the Rotaract community, Nishika has been a member of the Rotaract Club of Alumni of the University of Moratuwa since July 2021 and served as the Assistant Rotaract District Secretary & Coordinator for Membership in Rotaract District 3220 from July 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included member orientations and management of 8000+ active members, successfully chartering nine new clubs. Prior roles in the Rotaract Club of University of Moratuwa included Vice President - Administration, where strategic planning and reporting excellence were emphasized, and Secretary, recognized as the Most Outstanding Secretary of RID 3220. Nishika's early career includes training roles in electrical engineering at various companies, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
