Molly Finlayson

Molly Finlayson currently serves as a Strategy Partner at Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Molly was a Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2022 to August 2023 and held the position of Senior Manager for Business Operations at KOKO Networks between August 2020 and October 2022. Earlier experience at Bain & Company included roles as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant from July 2017 to August 2020. Additionally, Molly worked as Chief of Staff to the Commercial Director at Yalelo from August 2019 to February 2020 and served as a Pro-Bono Consultant for Inspire Inc. in late 2017. Molly's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History & Literature and East Asian Studies from Harvard University and advanced Chinese language studies at Beijing Language and Culture University.
