Alejandro Castro

Alejandro Castro is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at ZeroFox since August 2022, Alejandro previously held positions such as Corp IT Administrator at Shopee, where significant processes for the Chile office were established. Prior to that, roles included IT Administrator at Vacasa, managing both local and international product support, and Application Support Supervisor at Citi, providing L1 and L2 support for various applications. Alejandro began their career as a Helpdesk Agent at D-Link, assisting users across Latin America. Educational qualifications include a degree in Network Administration and a degree in Sound Engineering from Duoc UC.
