Zach Block

Zach Block, CISSP, has a diverse range of work experience in the cybersecurity field. Zach is currently employed as the Regional Sales Director for the Department of Defense (DOD) at ZeroFox. Prior to this position, Zach worked at Lumen Technologies, where they held roles such as Director of DOD Specialized Sales - Security and Client Executive Manager for DISA Cyber Cloud and Emerging Technologies. During their time at Lumen Technologies, Zach successfully transformed the security portfolio, driving revenue growth and establishing a top-performing team specializing in cybersecurity. Zach also played a crucial role in improving DOD cybersecurity and infrastructure, securing a significant contract and leveraging internal threat and research capabilities to enhance the DISA cyber portfolio. Before joining Lumen Technologies, Zach worked at Deloitte in various roles, including Manager and Senior Consultant in the Cybersecurity domain. In these positions, they led cybersecurity initiatives, modernized critical infrastructure, and implemented strategic cybersecurity policies and integrations for government organizations. Zach Block, CISSP, earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo in the years 2010-2013. Zach also obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)² in 2017.
