Betcy Sally Thomas is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at Zerone Consulting since July 2018, Betcy is involved in the entire recruitment cycle and utilizes various sourcing strategies to attract quality profiles. Prior to this, Betcy held the position of HR Manager at Blockbuster Technologies, where responsibilities included implementing HR policies and managing recruitment life-cycles. Betcy also has significant experience at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Business Associate HR focused on lateral hiring, as well as previous roles in staffing consultancy and internships. Betcy holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SRM IST Chennai and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sathyabama University.
