Nikos Patiniotakis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nikos started their career in 2004 as a Refreshment Team Merchandiser for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company during the Athens 2004 Olympics. Nikos then served as a Reserve Officer in the Hellenic Army from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Unilever and held various marketing positions, including Management Trainee, Product Manager, Channel Marketing Manager, Category Mix Manager, and Global Marketing Manager. Nikos'smost recent role at Unilever was as the Senior Global Marketing Manager for Foods, Desserts & Savoury at Unilever Food Solutions. In 2020, they transitioned to Zespri International as the Head of Global Brand Development.

Nikos Patiniotakis received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing & Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business from 2003 to 2005. Nikos also completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economic & Political Science at the University of Macedonia from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they hold a certification in "The Business of Creativity" from The Business of Creativity institution, obtained in 2023.
