Rinat L.

Rinat L. has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Recruitment Manager for amitim. In 2006, Rinat moved to Lotem as a Training Manager and then to Cbeyond as an Owner in 2007. In 2009, Rinat joined Logic Industries as a Director of Learning and Development and a Training System Specialist. In 2015, Rinat was appointed Head of Training Department at Meuhedet Health Services - מאוחדת. In 2019, Rinat became Director of OD & Learning at monday.com, and most recently in 2021, Rinat was appointed VP of Human Resources at Zesty.

Rinat L. began their educational journey in 2000 when they pursued a B.A in psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Rinat completed this degree in 2003. In 2004, they moved on to pursue an Msc in Behavioral and Management Sciences, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2008.
