Vishnu is an accomplished, result oriented, multi-disciplinary technology leader with over 22+ years (13 years in USA, 9 years in India) of global experience spanning Delivery Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, Application Development and Architecture, Agile Transformation/Coaching and Quality Engineering and Testing in USA and India. He is a collaborative leader who has defined path-breaking, business driven IT strategies, led, mentored and recruited teams across the globe.

Vishnu’s experience spans financial industry which includes Prime Services, Equities Front Office, Broker-Dealer and Insurance technologies. He has worked on distributed platforms, client facing portals, trading system and back office systems using Java/J2EE stack, Web Services, Messaging systems, Application servers and Database technologies in Waterfall and Agile/Lean model. His areas of expertise include Digital Strategy and Transformation, Cloud Architecture and Migration, Application Development and Architecture & Agile/DevOps Coaching and Transformation.

Vishnu has worked at top tier investment banks and financial services firms like JP Morgan, Citi, HSBC, Barclays and CLS. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Columbia Business School and MIT Sloan and Bachelors in Electronics and Communication from Andhra University.
