Nilam Triarmiyati has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ZettaByte Pte Ltd, where they manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions, ranging from initial meetings and negotiations to socializing partnership and technology development collaborations. Nilam also manages partnerships with more than 20 universities in the Yogyakarta and Bali areas. Also in 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Business Partner at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA, where they are responsible for recruitment processes for the Bandung Pusat branch, as well as monitoring and ensuring SOPs, employee attendance, employee discipline, and employee data completeness. In 2019, they began working as a Human Resources Staff at PT. Natura City Developments, Tbk., where they were responsible for recruitment processes, teaching and monitoring employee attendance, and managing overtime, medical claims, vacations, and BPJS claims. In 2017, they began working as HRD and GA at PT. Power Block Indonesia, where they were responsible for recruitment processes for all staff positions, managing and monitoring employee attendance, and managing PKWT and PKWTT agreements, overtime, medical claims, vacations, and BPJS claims. In 2016, they began working as a Staff Social Media Officer at Sorabel by Sale Stock.

Nilam Triarmiyati obtained a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Yogyakarta State University between 2011 and 2016.
