Jean L.

Jean L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jean is currently the Director of Operations, Maintenance at Zeus Living, where they manage a team of 25 and centralizes nationwide operations. Jean has successfully implemented new processes within various departments and saved money by reducing old tools and launching new products.

Prior to their current role, Jean worked as a Stretching Instructor at Circus Center. Jean also has previous experience at Zeus Living, where they served as the Head of Customer Experience and Support, leading internal support teams and contact centers. Jean was responsible for creating KPIs, SOP documentation, and communicating changes across departments. In addition, Jean worked as a Business Operations Manager at Zeus Living, overseeing strategic cross-functional projects and coordinating operations for retrofitting homes and launching new CRM software.

Before their time at Zeus Living, Jean worked as a Customer Experience Operations Manager at Lyric, managing customer experience agents and contracted vendors. Jean helped launch internal mobile apps and handled contact volume reporting.

Jean also has experience as a Project Manager at NexRep, LLC, where they supervised new client launches and implemented operational process improvements. Jean created reports for agent performance and CSAT tracking.

Earlier in their career, Jean worked as an Operations Analyst at Total Phase, where they coordinated product development timelines and designed supply chain and inventory management policies. Jean also interned as a Global Consulting Intern at Thomson Reuters and served as an Overnight Host Program Coordinator at UC Berkeley.

Jean L. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research with a Chinese minor from the University of California, Berkeley. They also studied Business Chinese at National Taiwan University. In 2018, they completed a Project Management program at UC Berkeley Extension.
