Dhanashree Kad holds a pivotal leadership role as the Head of Sustainability & Diversity at ZF Group, focusing on building sustainable practices within the Electrified Powertrain Technology division, which has a significant revenue footprint of approximately 10 billion EUR. With over a decade of experience at ZF, Dhanashree has progressed through various roles, including Sr. Manager for Strategic Partner Management and Project Manager for Investment in Next Generation Hybrid Powertrains, showcasing expertise in sustainability, strategic sourcing, and cross-divisional collaboration. Dhanashree also contributes to the National Entrepreneurship Network as an E Leader, promoting entrepreneurial initiatives and social causes. Dhanashree's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Engineering in Mechatronics from Pune University and completion of the Blue Ocean Strategy Program at INSEAD.
