Franziska Yancy

Franziska Yancy has extensive experience in restaurant management, holding leadership roles at various prestigious establishments. Since August 2015, Franziska has served as the Restaurant Manager at ZFV-Unternehmungen. Prior to this position, Franziska worked as a Restaurant Manager at Graf Z AG from June 2009 to June 2015, and at Pumpstation Gastro GmbH from April 2000 to January 2009. An academic background includes studies at SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern from 1997 to 2001 and at the University of Zurich from 1994 to 1996.
