Jurg Heuberger

Jurg is a Principal Environmental and Permitting Specialist at ZGlobal with a record 67 permitted projects in Southern California that range from Geothermal, Wind, Solar, and Natural Gas to water wells and zoning updates.

Jurg’s extensive career spans over 35 years in the planning industry, most notably with Imperial County, California where he served as the longtime Director of the Land Use Planning Department. Jurg is very active in the planning community and various industry trade groups; he is designated as a Certified Environmental Professional with the National Association of Environmental Professionals and has long held an American Institute of Certified Planning certification with the American Planning Association.
