Marijn Hoek

Marijn Hoek is an experienced healthcare professional, currently serving as the Manager and Location Head of Surgery at ZGT since July 2008. Marijn has held several key roles at ZGT, including Head of Anesthesia, Recovery, and Surgery, as well as Project Leader in optimizing operating room processes and improving communications. Prior experience includes roles as Anesthesia Employee and Project Supervisor at Deventer Ziekenhuis from September 2002 to June 2008. Marijn holds multiple educational credentials, including studies at AOG School of Management in Innovation and Business Development, and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Van Eekhout consulting. Marijn's academic background includes various institutions culminating in a HAVO degree from Twickel Hengelo.
